Gillispie, Rutherford/ Ruford "Elliot" (1882-1928) Individual/ Business photo was taken in the Man, Logan Co., WV U.S. Post Office where Rutherford/ Ruford "Elliot” Gillispie was postmaster from 1926 until his death in 1928. This picture came from the Gillespie Collection by Pete Gillespie. We would appreciate any help in linking the family of Peter A. Gillispie (1851-1925) with the family of Emsey Gillispie (1816-1893). Both men were born in Tazewell Co., WV.
