He died July 12, 2006, at the age of 72 years, 10 months and 5 days. He was first united in marriage with Barbara J. Knotts on March 18, 1951, and to this union two sons were born. A daughter and son blessed his second marriage with Christina Neitzert on June 7, 1961. He spent his adult years working as an auto and diesel mechanic in the Kansas City and Springfield areas. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge since 1967. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Christina; one brother, Wayne Wilson; one grandson, Joshua Wilson; and his stepfather, Thomas Casey. Survivors omitted. Following cremation, graveside services will be Monday, Sept. 4, in Mission Ridge Cemetery, Urbana, under the direction of Cantlon Otterness Funeral Home of Buffalo.
