Born in Short Creek Township, Harrison Co., OH Married William Sloan (son of Samuel and Mary J. [Henderson] Sloan of Harrisville, OH) on 03 Jan 1867 in Harrison Co., OH Mother of 7 children, 6 of whom perished with her in a tragic fire in East Liverpool OH. William and a daughter Kate escaped the fire. William brought the family remains back to Harrison Co. to be buried in Olive Branch Cemetery.
